Try AtlasOA With Sample Data

No SIS connection. No signup. No email gate. The fastest way to evaluate an outcomes assessment platform is to look at real-shaped data moving through a complete cycle: outcomes, rubric scores, aggregated results, and a documented improvement. The sample datasets below give you exactly that, for three very different kinds of programs.

Three sample programs, three data shapes

Every dataset is fully synthetic (no real student records) and internally consistent: the aggregate numbers are computed from the individual rubric scores in the file, and each one ends with a complete closing-the-loop record: finding, change, responsible person, target date, and verification plan.

IT / Certification

Security+ Course Module

A technical college certification course. Three course-level outcomes mapped to CompTIA SY0-701 domains, scored on a 4-level rubric from a hands-on test.

Trades

Automotive Technology

An ASE-aligned trades program. Brake, electrical, and suspension diagnosis outcomes scored from a practical skills assessment, with a closing-the-loop record on electrical diagnostics.

Multi-Program

Community College

An institutional view across Nursing, Business, and Criminal Justice. Each program runs its own cycle; the institution rolls the results up into one summary.

Load your own data with CSV templates

When you are ready to see your own programs in AtlasOA, these four templates define the import format. Each includes sample rows you can overwrite. Export from your SIS or gradebook, match the columns, and import.

CSV import means you can evaluate AtlasOA with real-shaped institutional data before any SIS integration work happens. Direct Jenzabar SQL sync is available when you move past evaluation; the How It Connects one-pager covers the details.

What to look at in the sample data

  1. The outcome statements. Each one is measurable and mapped to a level (course or program) and, where relevant, an external framework domain.
  2. The rubric scores. Individual 4-level scores per student per outcome: the raw evidence accreditors expect behind any aggregate.
  3. The aggregates. Proficiency percentages computed from the scores in the same file. Every number is checkable.
  4. The closing-the-loop record. The part most institutions skip and every accreditor looks for: a specific finding, a named change, a responsible person, a target date, and a plan to verify the change worked. Our practitioner's guide explains why this record is the heart of the whole cycle.

A worked walkthrough of the Security+ dataset, written up as a full assessment-to-improvement story, is on the case studies page.
